Drop-Off and Pick-Up Information

Washington Woods Drop-Off and Pick-Up Instructions

  • Kindergarten and First Grade drop-off and pick-up is at Door #1.
  • Grades 2-4 drop-off and pick-up is at Door #12.
  • Please do not exit vehicles.
  • Do not pull around stopped vehicles.

Drop-off Times:

Car rider drop-off starts at 7:35am and closes at 7:48am on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. If you arrive after 7:48am, you must park in our front lot and bring your child or children in to check-in with our Front Office. They are marked tardy after 7:50am. Car rider drop-off starts at 8:05am and closes at 8:18am on Wednesdays. If you arrive after 8:18am, you must park in our front lot and bring your child or children in to check-in with our Front Office. They are marked tardy after 8:20am.

Safety Procedures at Pick-Up:

  • Dismissal starts at 2:30pm.
  • Students will be dismissed in the order of the cars in line. Once you are in line you will not be able to pass other cars in the line. Please stay in your car and keep the line moving.
  • You will receive a sign with your child’s name on it, please place this in the windshield of your car everyday at dismissal. This will help us safety and quickly dismiss students.
  • If you need to speak to someone at the school, please park in the front lot and enter through Door 1.
  • For student safety, only adults on the student’s approved pick-up list may take your child. Please be prepared to show ID’s as needed.
